CULTURE OVER SCHEMES

 

I believe success must begin at the foundation of one’s beliefs and affirmations. Culture over schemes has been a motto of mines for years. This begins at its foundation before anything else and my goal is to attack that first. In order to develop this “ALL IN” culture our team will be based off three core values.

 

1. ACCOUNTABILITY

   • Make decisions with the knowledge that your actions control not only your own destiny, but the programs’ too

 

2. UNITY

   • Understand and embrace your role; use it to lift others

 

3. INTEGRITY

   • Do unto others as you would have them do to you; free yourself of pride, arrogance and falseness.

 

These core values are essential to building the team’s culture. If our student-athletes commit to these core values, they will be great young men with character, they will be resilient and persistent, and they will be selfless. This will lead our student athletes into being great prospects to pursue higher education and play football at the collegiate level.
